MVZ Ihre Augenärzte is a modern eye care centre in Berlin. Across our five current locations, we offer surgical and non-surgical ophthalmology, modern diagnostic equipment, well-organised care and a committed multidisciplinary team. A further practice in Charlottenburg is being prepared.
We are looking for an ophthalmologist specialising in non-surgical care for a practice in Charlottenburg. You can expect a broad range of clinical work, high-quality diagnostic equipment, predictable working hours and close collaboration with medical colleagues.
Your responsibilities
- Independent non-surgical consultations with modern diagnostics
- Sharing clinical expertise with medical colleagues
- Contributing to organised workflows, quality assurance and developing consultation services
Your profile
You have completed specialist training in ophthalmology and hold a valid German medical licence (Approbation). Experience in outpatient non-surgical ophthalmology is welcome. We would also like to hear from you if your background is mainly hospital-based and you are looking to join a modern, well-organised medical care centre.
You'll fit in with us if you:
- work competently, carefully and responsibly
- enjoy general eye care and modern diagnostics
- provide clear, empathetic and understandable advice to patients
- enjoy working independently while valuing discussion with colleagues
- have an interest in quality assurance and improving medical workflows
- have excellent German for patient communication and documentation
What this role offers
You will work independently, with colleagues close at hand. Complex findings, follow-up care and treatment decisions can be discussed easily. Bringing together non-surgical diagnostics, surgical expertise and different medical specialisms creates a lively exchange of knowledge.
We are looking for someone committed to responsible, long-term patient care. Clinical diligence, a warm approach and enjoyment of teamwork matter particularly to us.
What we offer
- Predictable part-time hours: around 25–30 hours a week
- Competitive pay, an occupational pension and a monthly tax-free non-cash benefit
- Modern diagnostic equipment and a broad range of non-surgical treatments
- Close links with surgical ophthalmology
- Supportive doctors, easy communication and organised teamwork
- Professional development without a culture of routine overtime
Interested? We look forward to meeting you.
