General description of the service
This website provides information about the eye care services, locations, opening hours, treatment specialisms and team at Ihre Augenärzte Berlin. You can contact us by phone or email, plan your journey to a practice and book appointments through an embedded booking system. No medical treatment is provided through the website itself.
How we use the website
The main navigation takes you to our medical services, urgent eye care information, practices, team and careers pages. Select ‘Book an appointment’ to use online booking. Practice phone numbers and email addresses are provided as direct links. Videos play only when you start them, and you can pause them and adjust the volume. German subtitles and a text version are available.
Customize the display
Use the red ‘Aa’ button on the right edge of the screen to adjust text size, contrast, colours, link highlighting, font and motion to your needs. Your preferences are saved only on your device. Select ‘Reset all’ to restore the original display.

Known limitations
The linked Google Maps directions and the booking system, which loads only when you choose to open it, are partly outside our technical control. We therefore also provide each practice’s full address as text. If you cannot use the booking system, you can arrange an appointment by phone or email using the details on the ‘Practices’ page. Some medical terms are unavoidable; we aim to explain them clearly in context. We continue to check individual longer medical pages manually at high zoom levels and with assistive technologies.
